Advanced CBT for clinicians ready to move beyond protocols and target the processes that drive change.

This practical, skills-focused webinar series is designed for experienced psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counsellors and other mental health clinicians who want to strengthen their use of case formulation, functional analysis and process-guided intervention.

Across two live sessions, Professor Stefan G. Hofmann will introduce Process-Based Therapy as a contemporary, science-based approach to psychological treatment. The series will focus on how clinicians can identify and target core biopsychosocial processes, apply functional analysis to client-specific presentations, and move beyond a protocol-for-syndrome approach to CBT.

This training is best suited to clinicians with existing CBT experience who are seeking advanced, practical professional development rather than introductory background theory.

What this webinar series will cover

The limits of contemporary models of psychopathology and treatment
Alternatives to the latent disease model and protocol-for-syndrome approach
A network perspective on psychopathology and clinical change
The Extended Evolutionary Meta Model and its relevance to CBT
Process-Based Therapy as an idiographic approach to treatment planning
Using functional analysis to understand the client-specific system
Selecting treatment targets based on biopsychosocial processes
